Compass Tours' featured Whistler bed and breakfast is the Alpine Chalet for one simple reason: It is the best b&b we've ever seen! The designers of this purpose-built lodge thought of everything, and added to the warm European-style hospitality of your hosts, it has everything that you could possibly want if you're looking for a quiet and relaxing mountain retreat!
Located in a residential neighbourhood, between Whistler resort's main village and Creekside, you have easy access to everything the resort has to offer! Its just five minutes' drive, or 20 minutes' walk, from the main pedestrian village with all its attractions! Or you could jump on the local bus, which stops nearby!
The Alpine Chalet's eight bedrooms are very well-appointed and can accommodate both couples and singles - some rooms are spacious enough to take three people, with the addition of a roll-away bed. All rooms offer:

The Alpine group of rooms, named for indigenous trees Cedar, Pine, Fir, Birch and Cottonwood, each unique in their own right, are the lodge's standard rooms and boast all the amenities listed above.
The Chalet rooms, Maple and Spruce, are perfect for that special getaway! Maple is spacious with its own gas fireplace, plenty of storage space, a sitting area with writing desk, mountain views from the Juliet balcony, and a sky-lit bathroom. Spruce offers vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace with solid wood mantle, oversize windows and a covered balcony.
Hemlock, the Master room, is popular with honeymooners and offers lots of space, vaulted ceilings, a pair of reclining armchairs, and an air-pool jacuzzi tub for two!
After all the action in Whistler, and the fresh mountain air, your appetite is sure to get a boost ... and you will more than satisfy your hunger at the Alpine Chalet!
Breakfast comes in three courses: Fresh fruit, followed by homebaked scones and muffins, and then there are hot dishes like crepes, waffles, omelettes, or frittatas! Juices and French-press coffee are also served.
Your afternoon snack of homemade cookies and Apfel Strudel or European blueberry cake, served with tea or coffee in the guest lounge, lets you wind down in the comfy leather sofas beside the roaring log fire!
As if all that isn't enough, there are also:

Children 12 and over are welcome.
Fleece slippers are provided so that you can enjoy this shoe-less establishment.
